Everything was nice and clean and also close to tram and metro stations

Take a look at Prague 5 district, it's worth it. Really loved bacon, bangers and eggs for breakfast. Moreover, we parked our car on site. It deserves its 4 stars.
-
we have appreciated the position of the hotel and the rooms - spacious and well equipped. The parking was a little small so it was a good idea to say when reserving that we need a parking spot.
-
the room itself was perfectly designed and has a luxurious feel to it was definitely worth the upgrade to the superior room
-
the room was two levelled and the top room was too hot to sleep comfortably at night. the reception staff did not amend our request to extend our stay made three times.
-
The location, cleanliness and service of the hotel was truly excellent. In all my years of travelling this was definitely the best overseas hotel I've had the pleasure of staying at. When I visit Prague again, I most certainly will be staying at the Andel Hotel.

This modern hotel is ideally suited for those who don't want to stay within the noisy city centre yet want easy acess to it. Tram lines 9 and 12 will get you virtually anywhere you want to go in Prague within 15 mnutes and pick up almost outside the hotel. The level of comfort in the hotel is exemplary and staff are friendly and polite. It really is good!
It is time that an hotel of this stature is offering free internet in the rooms as well as tea/coffee making facilities.

We loved the location, the proximity to public transport was awesome, with tram and metro around the corner. It was central enough to the city but not so close the prices were hiked and it was a tourist trap. The hotel itself was better than expected and the room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had plenty of choices. There are lots of pubs, shopping centre, eating spots nearby, we loved the nearby czech restaurant Zlaty Klas and went there twice!
-
Modern hotel, friendly staff, secured floors as the door keys only allow acces to your floor. Nice room, separate shower and bath, glass pannel doors is getting used to. Close enough to city centre and still good enough to be reached by car.
Car parking in the hotel is expensive. Considering an alternative like public parking can be an option. A closeby parking option underneath some raised street crossing seems a bit unsecure. Check out the streets in google street view and see if some nearby streets are an option for your car.

Location is great, near subway and tram station. Convenient and close to shops, shopping mall and food outlets. Hotel is quite new and price is relatively reasonable. Staff was friendly generally.
There is no hot drinking water supply or facility to boil water. Hotel guests have to pay to use gym.
-
My husband, daughter and grandaughter really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We found all the staff we came in contact with to be very courteous and helpful. The choice of food for breakfast was excellent.
-
It is airconditioned and new. Great housekeeping. Love the shower. The breakfast was lovely with a wide variety selection. Staff at the restaurant were very efficient and professional.
The room was a little small for two persons.
-
i really liked food, location, and comfort.
-
Good location next to the metro and close to a shopping centre.
We would have appreciated tea making facilities in the room. A smoking area in the bar (since all the bars and cafes in Prague allow smoking) would have encouraged us to use the hotel bar more.

It was very modern and clean hotel. The location was excellent, very easy to find from the Andel station.. The breakfast was also very good, which was very delicious and various..The price was also very reasonable.
